Our costumes are available in different sizes (see the selector for each one). These sizes are:

• S (160-170 CM) - (5'3" to 5'7")
• M (170-175 CM) - (5'6" - 5'7")
• L (175-180 CM) - (5'7" - 5'9")
• XL ( 180-185 CM) - (5'9" - 6'1")
• XXL (185-190 CM) - (6'1" - 6'2")
• XXXL (190-195 CM) - (6'2" - 6'4")
• XXXXL (195-225 CM) - (6'4" - 7'4 ")

Kids size: please tell us the size you want.

The mascot costume pictures in our online store are available for kids size.

Delivery

After receipt and validation of your payment, we will ship your order within 7 to 12 working days, depending on the available stock, the customization and the mode of transport chosen .

A parcel number will be provided to you to follow the progress of the delivery.

Standard delivery is free, but you have the option to choose express delivery for an additional fee when ordering on our site.

We ship your item via international shipping services such as UPS, FedEx, Chronopost, DHL, DPD, which guarantee fast and secure delivery.
